Important Parking Information:
Parking is free in the general lot (#26 on the map). You do not need a parking pass. The lot is quite close to the Simplot South Dining Hall, where the main conference activities will take place.
Main Conference Hall Information:
The conference "headquarters" will be located at the Simplot South Dining Hall (#5 on the map), a larger conference room within the main cafeteria or Simplot Dining Hall. Please join us for registration/check-in, the member welcome, organization-wide meetings, the Friday luncheon and exhibitor/vendor tables in the Simplot South Dining Hall.
Break-Out Sessions:
In addition to the Simplot South Dining Hall, break-out sessions on Thursday and Friday will take place in the nearby buildings on campus: Kathryn Albertson International Center (#6), Blatchley Hall (#8), Sterry Hall (#21) and the Boone Science Hall (#12). Wayfinder signs will be posted to assist members in finding their chosen sessions. Please consult the more detailed campus maps below:
